Orders

By placing an order on Prizt you agree to pay for the products you purchase. Once an order is placed, we begin production and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on Indian orders up to ₹5,000. A 20% advance is charged online at checkout to confirm the order; the remaining 80% is paid in cash when your order is delivered. The advance is refunded if you return the item within the eligible return period, as set out in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom prints

Custom photo prints are produced to your specifications, so they are not available on COD and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a custom print arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. See our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
